As we prepare to open our licensed Adult Foster Care (AFC) Home, our commitment expands to creating a warm, supportive, and person-centered environment for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, other forms of dementia, and developmental disabilities. Our goal is to foster a sense of purpose, autonomy, and community—ensuring every resident is treated with respect, care, and compassion.
